At KRISTINA K, we offer returns for either store credit, a refund on the original form of payment, or an exchange for a different size or color. If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.kristinak.shop, please send us a request for a return authorisation within 14 days of the delivery date. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be emailed with a notification of approval for your refund. All returns must be shipped back within 7 days of the request approval in unused condition, with ALL original packaging and tags attached. Please note, initial shipping charges will not be refunded.
Exchanges are based on stock availability and exchanged items are shipped free of charge for domestic and international orders. An item can only be exchanged a maximum of one time.
Shipping labels related to returns must be paid for by the client, including international label costs.
Final sales, pre-order items, custom-made items, and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
