Perhaps the most universal human yearning is to be happy. But this simplest of goals so often eludes us. We’re not terribly good, we humans, at knowing what we want. A variety of biological, psychological, religious, and philosophical approaches have striven to define happiness and identify its sources.
Various research groups, especially positive psychology, endeavour to apply the scientific method to answer questions about what "happiness" is, and how it might be attained, can improve your relationships, help you earn more money, and do better at your job. It’s simple: we’re attracted to happy people. When you’re happy, people will want to be around you and support you.
Open your eyes, look around share your happiness! Be positive and do more what makes you happy and you will see how your life going to change. These changes happened to me during the summer holidays in Majorca.

The carefree spirit of the island and the sunny contrast to Antwerpen combined to give me a much-needed spiritual rejuvenation. My depressive mood transformed into the joy and happiness. I realised that power was somewhere inside of me. This discovery completely changed my view on life. Now I would like to share with you my collection " Peace of happiness".
